So as I said Rudy & Nana are doing really well. Nana has been up and walking about and Rudy sat up for a little bit today and is now taking a nap. The doctors are surprised at how well Rudy is recovering, so they are considering moving him out of the ICU today to the 6th Floor.
The doctors do not want any visitors at this time while he is in the hospital because they are anticipating sending Rudy home Saturday. That's right, This Saturday!
So please hold off on visiting or sending anything and we will let you know when it is ok, as well as provide Rudy's home address later.

WOW! I can't believe Rudy is up and possibly coming home Saturday. I am thrilled...that's what a good man is made of. You are the best. glad Nana is up and walking already. AMAZING

It's fantastic that they've both been doing so well. I told Mimi that I already expedited a package of hopefully entertaining magazines to each of them at their original room #s, and they're supposed to arrive by noon on Friday. I hope the hospital will reroute them.
